Greg Genestine-Charlton
Greg enjoys using different mediums simultaneously, such as oil, acrylic, graphite, pastel and gouache on paper, he finds if layered in a considered way, he can produce unusual motifs and textures. Experimentation with colour is an integral part of his practice.
Greg developed a fascination with capturing movement in his figurative works which he then implemented into his abstract and scenic works. A sense of play is important in his work, and the possibilities of unforeseen results are what keep him excited about continuing to make new work.
